Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Not in love with your purchase? Don't worry, we've all been there! At Lane 51 we want you to look & feel your best, so we offer the chance to exchange items or receive store credit, within 10 days of receiving your order. Being that Lane 51 is a small business, we are not offering full refunds at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges and store credit will NOT be given for items that are damaged or worn.

As a small, unique boutique, we only carry a limited quantity of each item and are unable to guarantee that an item will still be in stock when an exchange is received. In this case, store credit will be issued.

Sale items:
Sale items are ineligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be returned for an exchange, or store credit.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lane 51 Boutique has the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges and to modify our policy at any time.
